Thank you for your interest in Rockers, Riders & Ribs. This promises to be the “big” event of 2017 in East Texas. Your participation is both appreciated and much needed, as we recognize the importance of having quality vendors as a part of the event. Our objective is to make this an enjoyable event for everyone, including you. For that to happen, we will need to stay within the rules and guidelines to ensure safety and enjoyment for all. Please make sure that you read the rules for vendor participation to avoid any misunderstanding on the day of the event.
If you are a food vendor, you will need to complete the food vendor application, the restaurant agreement, and the City of Longview Health Permit application. You must meet the “Health Department Requirements” to be an approved food vendor at the 2016 Rockers, Riders & Ribs. Failure to pass the City of Longview Health Department Inspection on the day of the event will result in forfeiture of your booth fee, as well as not being approved for operation at the event.
Vendors are a very important part of the Rockers, Riders & Ribs event experience, and we support our vendors through marketing and advertising on our heavily trafficked www.rockersridersribs.com website, social media, traditional media, and our Rockers, Riders & Ribs event program distributed in the Longview News-Journal. Please carefully review, fill out, and return this vendor application packet so that we may consider your application to be a vendor at Rockers, Riders & Ribs 2017.
